Los Angeles, Ca. Cyber/Punk/Glam/Shock Rock band REBEL REBEL are proud to announce that 2008 marks the 20th year that the band has been in existence!!!!
1988-2008
Rebel Rebel will mark this milestone with the release of the F.T.W. CD single, featuring the B-side of the band’s original 7-inch record “Fuck The World”. The band will also release a book of flyer art used by the band to promote live shows and other band ventures. Also in the works are 2 new CDs of music to be distributed by Koch/Universal via FTW Records & Filmworks as well as a documentary DVD that will provide testimonials by fans, friends and foes and was filmed, directed, produced and edited by band guitarist/manager Teddy Heavens.
The band is available for any print/internet/radio/TV press or interviews via FTW MANAGEMENT.

R2 will be releasing 2 new CDs in 2008 to celebrate or 2oth anniversary. The 1st will be a best of titled “A Rock In The Face-1988-2008”, which will include tracks from all of our official FTW Records CD releases and the 2nd will be titled “A Cellar Full Of Noise” which will consist tracks that were never officially released on CD, including the instrumental version of “Fuck The World” from of original 7” records release plus other songs that I have taken from DAT and cassette tapes and mastered them with current technology.
I am still performing A & R duties for Blastzone Entertainment- distribution deals via Koch- so any artists reading this can hit me up if you have a CD release that you need distro for and you want to get them in the stores that are still selling CDs at brick and mortar locations (Virgin Megastores, FYE, Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Etc.), let’s make your dreams come true and some money for your pocket!!!! My radio segment “The 4-G report (Girls, gadgets, Groups and Games) is going strong every Tuesday at 5pm on the Edge 100.1 FM in the Antelope Valley (Palmdale, Ca.) part of Southern Cali. It’s part of the Duran show. Check out the website at www.edge100.com and show some love.
The Skater Rock Compilation 1/2/3 via Versailles Records, with one of our tracks is currently out and can be purchased at www.versaillesrecords.com It features songs from a lot of 80’s hair band members and is a nice package, you can also get it from our merchandise section.
We have a new killer punk rock drummer and his name is Jesse Atom from the Legendary Punk Rock Band the Spent Idols and he fits in with us like a glove. His playing is tight and fast and he is a super nice guy, we couldn’t be happier!!! He will be recording some new stuff with us in the near future, but you can come and see him live with us this summer-we have tons of shows coming up!!

I have been doing my computer DJing thing at the Relax Bar in Hollywood. I play Glam, Punk, Rock, Trash and Sleaze music between bands and just generally try to set the mood. Finally, we want to say good bye to our friend Traci Michaelz who died unexpectedly on tour in Texas on Friday the 13th of June 2008. Rest In Peace bro, we’ll think of you often.
